New ten24 Website Launches

It's never easy to devote time to architecting, designing and building our own websites, client work always seems to get in the way ;)  But it was time for us to revamp our messaging, highlight new products and bring our site technology up to date.

Here are a few highlights:

eCommerce Focus

ten24 has decades of eCommerce experience on our development team, including solving complex business requiremen involving:

Slatwall is a flexible framework that allows us to focus on complex business requirements and build the project to meet those requirements, rather the try and shoehorn a client into stringent product limitations. 

Updated CMS

We standardized our totalSupport infrastructure on the MuraCMS four years ago, after a year of testing and evaluating the leading CMS applications and determining that Mura best met our client's needs.

Our new site is running on Mura 6.0, the latest major release that includes some great new features:

  • New Admin UI based on Bootstrap
  • In-line editing
  • Image cropping
  • Muti-file upload
  • And version 6.1 is in public beta and will be out before the end of the year

Responsive Design

According to Wikipedia Responsive web design (RWD) is a web design approach aimed at crafting sites to provide an optimal viewing experience—easy reading and navigation with a minimum of resizing, panning, and scrolling—across a wide range of devices (from mobile phones to desktop computer monitors).

We have done exactly that with the ten24 site, providing a user experience that responds to their device, from a deskptop down to a smartphone.
