Developing the ten24 Team Through Leadership Skills

This week, several ten24 managers attended a leadership training right here in Worcester! This was an immersive two-day training provided by SkillPath covering professional skills topics including:

• Leadership issues and how to overcome them

• Development of a personal leadership style

• Effective communication techniques

• How to build motivated, high-performance employees

During the two days, we networked with leaders and professionals from the area, and even purchased books about leadership and change management, adding to our professional development book collection in the office.

With our rapidly growing team, ten24 aspires to create leaders in all departments - from client management to front-end development. Not only was this a perfect opportunity to enhance our team’s management and leadership skills, it was also a great team building exercise.
