ten24 Digital Solutions, a single source provider of digital strategy, development and design, has acquired AKGM, LLC (also known as Olive Labs), a San Diego, CA-based technology services company that develops and supports business and eCommerce applications for online retailers.
“This acquisition is a natural progression of ten24’s growth as we develop more and more eCommerce solutions with Slatwall, our open source eCommerce platform,” said David Crouch, ten24’s President. “With many years of software development and support experience, ten24 will provide a smooth transition for AKGM’s existing customers.”
“ten24’s technical expertise and team have an excellent reputation in the industry, and there’s no doubt that our customers’ ongoing online needs will be met,” said Andre Kalinowski, AKGM’s co-founder.
Founded in 2008, AKGM initially hosted critical business applications and offered desktop virtualization and remote off-site backup services to online retailers. The company later added web and eCommerce development and support. AKGM’s technical experience and business connections in the retail apparel market will be beneficial for establishing new opportunities for ten24.
ten24 will be supporting AKGM’s existing clients, and the San Diego, CA office will now serve as its West Coast operations. AKGM’s co-founder Greg Moser and web developer Nick Borden have joined ten24’s team.
Over the last 10 years the ten24 team has worked with both B2B and B2C clients including WorkingAdvantage, Bard Corporation, BreakingPoint Systems, Enterprise Strategy Group (ESG) and many others. ten24’s continued success is based on long-term relationships with clients and marketing partners who service mid to large enterprises.
