David J. Crouch
Partner / President
David founded ten24 in 2008 and has built the business around strong client service and delivering web solutions based on specific business needs.  He leads the Web Engineering process for each project and manages the day to day management of each client engagement. 

David has led strategy and development for over 100 web site projects as the President of ten24 and the Director of Client Solutions for Synthenet, a Boston based web development company. He brings over twenty years of business management and marketing experience and an in depth understanding of the complexities involved in producing web based technology to every ten24 project.

Brad Gustavesen
Partner / Vice President
Brad is responsible for managing ten24’s production process as well as guiding online marketing strategy for client projects. Brad brings his extensive technical and marketing expertise to ten24’s Web Engineering process, working with the rest of our team to build detailed functional specifications, wireframes and prototypes.  He then guides the project through production and finally helps the client define, implement and track project performance.

Prior to joining ten24, Brad was E-Commerce Manager at Crabtree & Evelyn, LTD., responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and marketing as well as long term strategy, application and e-commerce platform management and online marketing planning. During that time, crabtree-evelyn.com saw significant increases in traffic, revenue, profitability and the launch of a new global e-commerce platform.

Brad began his career as a web producer at Synthenet Corporation. As web producer, Brad's responsibilities included design integration, analytics management and project storyboard/specification development.

Sumit Verma
Partner / Vice President
Sumit brings over 12 years of RIA, web development and technology management expertise to ten24.  He is directly responsible for overseeing the development process for each project and managing ten24's technical infrastructure.  Sumit has successfully implemented projects calling on his diverse skills that involve: E-Commerce Applications, ERP Applications, CRM Applications, Client/Server Solutions, System Analysis & Architecture, Database Designing and Administration, for clients such as Working Advantage, Pongo Resume, Stonyfield Farms and White’s Nursery.

Sumit also brings knowledge of core programming languages including: C, C++, COBOL, ColdFusion, Flex, PeopleSoft (Financials, HRMS), CRM (Siebel), Client / Server Solutions (Visual Basic) and Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL) using OOAD methodologies and modeling tools (Convoy DM, Rational

Scott Whipple
Creative Director / Web Design
Scott is responsible for all design/creative aspects of ten24 projects.  He has sixteen years of valuable award-winning experience in the visual communications field and specifically focuses on web design.  Scott worked closely with David, Brad and Sumit for 9 years while at Synthenet Corporation.

Ilse van Meerbeek
Front End Web Developer
Ilse brings both CSS expertise as well as technical support experience to ten24.  She has experience working with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML and Photoshop.

Stephanie Bush-Brown
Project Assistant
Stephanie has helped build over 20 projects over the last two years with ten24, managing the complex process of porting content into our CMS, as well as training and supporting client administrators
