Simon Free Joins ten24 as Application Developer

ten24 Digital Solutions, a single source provider of digital strategy, development and design, has appointed Simon Free to its team as Application Developer. In this position, Simon’s responsibilities will include web and application development, creating technical specifications and assisting the ten24 team with client engagements and support.

Originally from Sheffield, England, Simon always had a life-long desire to live in the United States.  After graduating with honors from University of Huddersfield in Yorkshire with a Computer Science BSc degree, his dream was realized when he landed an internship with BigBuzz Marketing Group in Long Island, NY. He spent a few years there learning ColdFusion and creating web sites.  Most recently, he was Chief Software Engineer at IQPC developing ColdFusion and Flex technologies.  Previously, he was a developer at Nylon Technology in Manhattan, NY where he advanced to Senior Developer/Team Lead and helped the company’s development team achieve ColdFusion certification.  

Simon has extensive online experience and expertise with ColdFusion, Flex, AIR, PHP, ASP, and .Net languages.  He is an Adobe Certified Instructor, Adobe Certified Expert and CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer. His proven skills in both the educational and development areas have made him a trusted resource in the conference community.  Simon will be speaking at next month’s cf.Objective conference where ten24 Web is a Silver Sponsor.
