New Partners Join Growing Web Solutions Firm

ten24 Web Solutions is pleased to announce the addition of Brad Gustavesen and Sumit Verma as Vice Presidents with the company.

Brad and Sumit join founder David Crouch as partners in the company and reflect the growth ten24 has achieved since launching in April 2008, despite the tough economy. Brad comes to ten24 after 3 years as the E-Commerce Manager at Crabtree & Evelyn, responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as marketing and long term strategy.  Sumit joins ten24 from Synthenet Corporation, where he was the principal application architect for over ten years.

In fact, all three partners worked together previously at Synthenet, a fact that Crouch believes works heavily in their favor.  "After working together for years, we know each other very well.  We each bring a different skill set to the company and that translates to real value for our clients."

Brad is responsible for managing ten24’s production process as well as guiding online marketing strategy for client projects. Brad brings his extensive technical and marketing expertise to ten24’s Web Engineering process, working with the rest of the team to build detailed functional specifications, wireframes and prototypes.  He then guides the project through the production process and finally helps the client define, implement and track project performance.

Sumit brings over 12 years of RIA, web development and technology management expertise to ten24.  He is directly responsible for overseeing the development process for each project and managing ten24's technical infrastructure.  Sumit has successfully implemented projects calling on his diverse skills that involve: E-Commerce Applications, ERP Applications, CRM Applications, Client/Server Solutions, System Analysis & Architecture, Database Designing and Administration, for clients such as Working Advantage, Pongo Resume, Stonyfield Farms and White’s Nursery.

Sumit also brings knowledge of core programming languages including: C, C++, COBOL, ColdFusion, Flex, PeopleSoft (Financials, HRMS), CRM (Siebel), Client / Server Solutions (Visual Basic) and Databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL) using OOAD methodologies and modeling tools (Convoy DM, Rational Rose) to every project.
