Brad Gustavesen is definitely one of these people.  I should know, we worked together for 3 years at Synthenet Corporation before he left to eventually lead Crabtree & Evelyn's successful website, overseeing the day to day management and marketing for their US operations as well as contributing to the success of their European and Australian markets.
